Alan Wind is a great real estate agent. Not only did he go out of his way to make my purchase a good one, but I could tell he is very knowledgable from the way he pays attention to details on everything. He made sure the property he sold me was problem free and so much so, it had no problem passing inspections and appraisal with flying colors. I was able to close in two weeks. He also went above and beyond to help me get the best mortgage insurance policy. Alan Wind and Jim Steen (mortgage guy) work together to make a success story for their customers. If you are nervous about the process, they will both put you at ease. It was a very good experience and I am grateful I discovered Wind Realty!

Great͏ knowledge of the areaI͏ had several realtors come to my house to give me an estimate before I chose Alan. I worked more with a coworker which I can’t remember her name but she was excellent also. It’s just been a couple of years.
